1. What are my shipping options?
FourLegged Creative offers tracked shipping through the United States Post Service Priority Mail. If you require faster shipping, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. All shipping prices are determined by the cost of the items purchased and the costs are listed below. Your order will be processed within one working day after order placement and shipping time is typically 1-3 working days.
Order total: $0-$60; Shipping: $7.50
Order total: $60-$100; Shipping: $9.50
Order total: $100 and up; Shipping: $12.50
2. What is your return policy?
You may return an unworn or unused product simply by emailing us at email@example.com. Worn or used products will not be accepted for return. Jewelry can not be returned unless broken. Generally, orders sent with errors will be re-issued at no charge and shipped as soon as possible.
3. Why am I invited to create an account upon checking out? What does it entail?
Creating an account is a simple process that will benefit you. It will shorten the checkout process and enable FourLegged Creative to keep a record of your purchases for your future reference. To access your account, you may sign in at any time during your visit, or upon checkout.
Required registration fields include the basics you would expect with any online order: your name, address, phone number, email address, etc. We highly respect your privacy and will keep all information confidential.
In the event that you forget your password, simply click “Password Forgotten” on the login page and a new password will be emailed to you immediately!
FourLegged Creative stores your information securely and will not share it with third parties, other than those absolutely necessary to complete and deliver your order.
5. What forms of payment are accepted?
FourLegged Creative conveniently accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa through the secure Google Checkout service.
6. Is my credit card secure on your website?
Yes. It is secured with GoDaddy Standard SSL, a web server certificate which enables up to 256-bit encryption, meaning that confidential information and transactions cannot be viewed, intercepted or altered. This SSL (secure socket layer) protocol is the web standard for encrypting communications between users and web sites, providing both consumers and businesses with the confidence that private data sent to a website is secure.
7. Will I be charged sales tax?
Only residents of Georgia will be charged sales tax upon checkout, which is 7 % based on the county in which our business is registered. When going through the Google Checkout process you may notice that products will be added to your account with sales tax. However, upon creating your account and entering your address, the tax amount will disappear from the total based on your state of residence. You will have the opportunity to check your order to ensure that sales tax was removed before placing it.
8. Do you accept orders that will need to be shipped outside of the continental United States?
Yes, however, additional shipping charges will apply and the turnaround time will be longer than stated. Please inquire for further information at firstname.lastname@example.org.
9. How can I tell which organizations FourLegged Creative supports?
Please view the We Care page on our web site. We will continually update this page to show where donations are being made. FourLegged Creative donates 15% of our proceeds to animal rescue shelters and causes.
